Privacy Policy
Last updated August 5, 2026
This policy explains what VoxiGames collects, why, and the choices you have. We try to collect as little as possible and never sell your data.
1. What we collect
- Account. Your name, email and password (hashed), and the servers you order.
- Billing. Invoices, credit top-ups and the country/VAT details needed for tax. Card data is handled by Stripe — we never receive or store full card numbers.
- Usage. Server runtime hours and metering records used to bill by the hour and show your usage breakdown.
- Technical. Standard logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.
2. How we use it
To run and provision your servers, bill accurately, send service emails (low balance, suspension, receipts), prevent abuse and fraud, provide support, and meet legal and tax obligations. Our legal bases are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running the service securely, and compliance with law.
3. Who we share it with
Only the processors needed to deliver the service: Stripe (payments), the Calagopus panel that runs your servers, our email/SMTP provider, and our hosting infrastructure. Each handles your data under its own agreement. We do not sell personal data.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as language and theme. We do not use advertising trackers.
5. Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and for the period required by tax and accounting law afterwards. Server world data for closed accounts is deleted after a reasonable grace period.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA and UK under the GDPR), you can request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of your data, and object to certain processing. Contact us and we will respond within the legal time limit. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Security & transfers
We protect data with encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls and DDoS protection. Where data is processed outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Changes & contact
We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. For any privacy request, reach us through your dashboard or at our support address.
